Any Democratic votes to fund DHS later this month as Minneapolis is being terrorized by DHS is going to be a major slap in the face to Americans living here. Demand major reforms or shut the government down.

There is a longer version of the video of a kidnapping of this kid - there really is no other word for it - here. As he is being shoved into the DHS vehicle he breaks down. At about the 2 minute mark you hear a DHS agent say "wow - fucking child" sarcastically.

The epitome of a “Kavanaugh Stop.”

“[CBP] sometimes makes brief investigative stops to check immigration status…. If the officers learn that the individual they stopped is a US citizen or otherwise lawfully in the United States, they promptly let the individual go.”

History will remember Brett.
ICE kidnap 17-year-old U.S. citizen working at Target then dump him bleeding and crying miles away in a Walmart parking lot… 🤬

1. There should not be a single child or spouse of Islamic Republic of Iran regime officials — or their agents and associates — in the United States, Canada, or Europe.

This isn’t punishing spouses and children for the crimes of their husband or father; it’s denying an unearned privilege.

Donald Trump and Pete Hegseth have tried to silence me for speaking out.

Today, I’m fighting back because this isn’t just about me. This is about the rights of all retired veterans and all Americans, and I’m not going to let this Administration take those away.

Folks on the ground are asking me to lift this up because the need is still growing, all around Minnesota.

If you can give, please do, and if you can't, please amplify!
Friends, thank you for stepping up! Over $40,000 worth of dash cams have been ordered so far for ICE observers in the Twin Cities!

Early orders are trickling in, but we’re getting them packed and deployed ASAFP - several were installed yesterday, these are ready, and 300+ are on the way!

This is the sort of statement that was expected from every university president and law firm partner over the last year. That those statements weren’t made played a huge part in where we are now and people will remember.
Jerome Powell: "This is about whether the Fed will be able to continue to set interest rates based on evidence and economic conditions—or whether instead monetary policy will be directed by political pressure or intimidation."

Don't doubt that Jay Powell is ready to lob back whatever grenades are thrown his way.

I've never seen a central bank release an evening video so directly taking on a head of state. In this case, the medium is the message: Powell is taking his case to the people.

Attempting to criminalize the actions of an independent public servant, Fed Chair Jay Powell, for the sin of acting independently is an outrage. It's bad economics, bad politics, bad for the rule of law, bad for the public sector, bad for American credibility and bad for Americans.

Trump’s attack on Fed already starting to backfire. Republican Sen. Tillis: “I will oppose the confirmation of any nominee for the Fed—including the upcoming Fed Chair vacancy—until this legal matter is fully resolved.”

This EU-South America trade agreement with the southern countries of South America is significant. It was a long time coming, and the agreement provides a roadmap for the rest of Latin America. Now more than ever, they should learn not to be solely dependent on the U.S. for anything.
