Excellent article touching on unworkable, poorly thought out consequences of eliminating USFS Regional Offices and consolidating R&D into Fort Collins, CO.

These ideas are so poorly conceived, I have a hard time believing they can come to fruition— but they *will* add stress to our workforce.
