We...desperately need more low-income people in Congress who know what it's like to navigate health insurance problems. But we live in an ableist society where it's hard for younger disabled and chronically ill politicians to get elected.

There are Dems in the Senate (and House) who know this deal is bullshit. They are continuing to fight.

But this group (and Schumer)? They have shown us what they're about.

Remember what they did and vote accordingly when they come up for re-election. (4/4)

With exception of Fetterman, these are old-school Dems who've been in elected office for forever. Most of them won't be up for reelection until 2028 at least.

Schumer orchestrated all of this. He'll play dumb, but he is the leader of the caucus.

These folks don't vote this way on their own. (3/4)
