Okay, this is my *official* BlueSky introduction 🧵: Hi, I'm Michael and I work on multimodal transportation (👨🏾‍🦽🚶🏾‍♂️🚴🏾‍♂️🚌) in the bi-state Kansas City region. In this thread, I'll answer 3 questions:

1) What do I tend to post about?
2) Why BlueSky?
3) Where do things on this account go from here?

Schumer has got to go. Moreover, every single Dem Senator (and Angus King, who is officially an Independent, but caucuses with Dems) who voted for this deal should be primaried. 🧵 (1/4)

This has not gotten much attention, but it should.

Virginia under Youngkin returned to an insanely harsh system where people convicted of any felony lose their voting rights FOR LIFE.

Dems' win this week mean they'll get to advance a constitutional amendment to end lifetime disenfranchisement.

The setback means passing new congressional maps will be difficult. However, the effort to make it harder for Democratic Rep. Sharice Davids to hold her seat will return next year.
