➤ The report names officers from Israel’s 401st Armored Brigade, including battalion commander Lt. Col. Daniel Ela and field officer Maj. Sean Glass, who allegedly ordered tank fire on the family car in Gaza City’s Tel al-Hawa district.
➤ The soldiers belonged to a unit calling itself “Vampire Empire,” described as partly made up of foreign and dual-national troops. One member, Itay Shukirkov, is an Argentine-Israeli now facing a legal complaint in Argentina.
➤ Evidence analyzed by Forensic Architecture and satellite imagery located the tank within roughly 400 meters of the car and ruled out any cross-fire.
➤ The Brussels-based Hind Rajab Foundation has filed war-crimes cases at the International Criminal Court and in several national courts, calling the findings “proof of command responsibility in a civilian massacre.”

Miss Major Griffin-Gracy passed away today according to the House of GG. She was a veteran of the Stonewall rebellion and a lifelong organizer for the safety and dignity of trans people, sex workers, and the incarcerated. She came from the same generation and milieu as Marsha and Sylvia. She was 78.

First images of some of the 1,700+ Palestinian hostages freed by Israel returning to Gaza today. Many had been held in military camps under cruel and inhumane conditions, deprived of medical care and food. Some endured severe torture and neglect that led to permanent injuries, including amputations.
