Leftists who don’t care about the war on porn should look closer. Obscenity laws are the first step in banning ALL “degenerate” art.

They are already saying that drag queens and trans people are sex predators. That queer books are porn. They are priming the people to lump it all together!!

It's also like how some states are trying to legalize the death penalty for child predator. That sounds neat and all when you don't think about it... Until you remember right-wingers have taken to calling LGTQB+ groomers in recent years.

Banning porn (with the definition of porn left vague and open on purpose) is always about carving out exemptions to the first amendment. One you've got exceptions, it's easy to make more and more and more.
