Unrepentant Life Aquatic defender, but it would benefit from characters not named Steve Zissou being 25% less ironic, and Zissou himself being at least vaguely likable. The classic Murray insufferable-relatable ratio is off.

By a vote of 76-23, S 1071 passes the motion to proceed to the motion to concur. Won't know who voted for this until the roll call is uploaded, but safe to say it passed with the support of at least 24 members of the Democratic caucus. Overlord (2018) was good! Only major gripe is that it gets a little wonky in the second act - can't decide between maintaining the schlock or adding emotional heft. It's a film about zombie Nazis, my dudes. Don't overthink things!

I like Charlie Bartlett (2007). I don't know if anyone else remembers it, but I think it's solid. I think it got dragged for having a wonky plot structure? Maybe it does! But that never really bothered me. Plot strikes me as secondary in a movie like this.
Also, Anton Yelchin was actually the best.
