The argument that banning someone who has deliberately used their car as a weapon from driving is too severe a limitation of their mobility & opportunity for employment should be a damning indictment of how society treats people who don't or can't drive - who are disproportionately disabled &/ poor.

Yes, correct, we don't, and the sooner people would understand that we have a fundamentally flawed document and get on with replacing it with something more tangible, the better
this gets to the fundamental lawlessness. the difference between law as a game and law as a tool of government.

My kids now go to school where three out of eight classes or 60 out of 160 students have IQs that are more than two standard deviations above the mean which is totally a real thing that could happen. Mamdani won more primary votes from one single city than Phillips won primary votes in 2024 from every single city, state and territory in this country combined (565,639 vs 529,486)
It's weird that a big tent Democratic party wouldn't include the guy who just handily won the Democratic primary in the city with the most Democratic voters in America. #votersmatter
