Haven't been able to watch much hoops today so just catching up and this was definitely the standout of the day to me. In a year which looks pretty difficult again, that seems like a pretty big deal for Shaheen.

Haven't been able to watch much hoops today so just catching up and this was definitely the standout of the day to me. In a year which looks pretty difficult again, that seems like a pretty big deal for Shaheen.
This is rich from the party that tells us govt is always telling us what to do and needs to stay out of our lives.

Really bumming about the loss of Todd Snider all day. Always felt this century's zevon in wildly underappreciated by all but his peers, troubled but other worldly talented at his craft and now gone too soon.

Sen Gary Peters is in his own way the biggest embarrassment of the lot. He’s been a leader of Team Cave and he’s retiring. So there’s no politics or risk aversion. He wants to cave as a matter of genuine principle.
