Tories will abolish stamp duty to “revive the housing market”

First time buyers don’t pay it anyway (up to £300k) & the fact the average UK house price is 10x the average salary is the problem, not £5k stamp duty on a £300k house! And then there’s the £24bn lost tax revenue…

Totally deluded 🤦‍♀️

A house in Clacton bought with unknown finances, a Russian funded Welsh leader and now an investigation into the finances and tax affairs of one of Farage’s key ally.

The treachery and corruption is right in front of the media’s eyes and they do and say, NOTHING!

County Lines

Since Labour came to power and invested in the County Lines Programme, record outcomes have been reported:

1,120 senior gang members charged

Over 2300 'deal lines' closed down

stabbings down 20% in county line areas

3,200 children & vulnerable people supported

More of this please!

The BBC news website is full of articles to do with the Traitors programme as is their actual news. It’s a programme it’s not news. There are really important news items completely uncovered to make room for this self promotion. It may be a good programme but it’s not news.

So Badenoch’s fiscal plan means promising tax cuts for the rich, paying out sums to those who already have plenty all paid for by cutting benefits, sacking civil servants and not giving benefits to those who are not currently receiving hardly any. No one surely believes this abject nonsense.

Proving once and for all the Labour Government is not Tory lite, nobody will ever agree with every Government policy but ditch Labour and this is what we'll get. The left and centre left majority in the Hoc need to fight against this together.

They broke Britain!

Farage, Trump, Brexit… and 50% tariffs on our steel. Workers pay the price while the guilty play the hero.

There should be a word for a huge but pointless event, such as a leader making announcements in a conference speech that will never be implemented and which not even the faithful will pay any attention to because the leader will be gone in a matter of months.

Why do BBC channels, news and presenters not post on BlueSky?

Even the few who have accounts aren’t using them. If they’re relying on the ‘dark channel’ they’re really not getting a balanced view of the public‘s experiences.

I feel excluded from contributing to something I pay a licence fee for.

I see the first taxes to be cut are exclusively for the rich. Any sensible questions that look at the detail of her policies completely unanswered or ignored. Badenoch a lightweight Trump or should that be a Farage? Looks like she will complete Johnson’s destruction of the Conservative Party.

I’m so bored of idiots who insist Labour should have fixed the economy, joined the EU, saved the NHS, given us Universal Income in 14 months with no costs or consequences whatsoever.

And then wanting the fucking right wingers back because it hasn’t happened yet.

Badenoch wants to eliminate ‘rip off degrees’ like English. The usual philistine crap that a degree is just about work. The mission to create the stupidest nation on earth. And counterproductive. Young people will work for years. They’ll retrain endlessly. A degree can help them learn how to learn

Our media lets us down badly :

Labours accomplishments - rarely mentioned

Nigel Farage’s house - dropped/ignored

Nathan Gill’s admission of working for Russia - zilch

Russia/Iran funding Reform/Farage - silence

Instead they spread lies on the Budget/MPs/anything to discredit Labour

Why????

Michael Heseltine tells @europeanmovement.co.uk event that the Farage's Reform and European populist far right parties are “equivalents to the fascists of the thirties” and adds: ”We have to deal with President Trump for the next 3 years. We don't need his mouthpiece anywhere near No.10.” ~AA 🔥

Robert Peston
@Peston
Heseltine has just addressed a packed meeting of the European Movement at Tory conference. He does not show the restraint of most party leaders in his critique of Farage and Reform: “right wing equivalents to the fascists of the thirties are back on the march: Le Pen in France, AfD in Germany, Fdl in Italy, Vox in Spain and conspicuously Reform in this country. Much of President Trump's language in America coincides with words here in Europe. The immigrant has replaced the Jew as the problem which needs a solution although recent events here have cast a dark shadow…We must make clear that we will never have any part in the populist extremism of Nigel Farage. We have to deal with President Trump for the next 3 years. we don't need his mouthpiece anywhere near Number 10.”

I’m afraid the rest of the world thinks the USA is a non democratic country led by a corrupt dictator. It’s why tourism has fallen so much.
