one of the biggest contributors with $24k to we love minneapolis is citizens for safer cities, an IE based in brooklyn center chaired by chris kohler who owns a property management company. in 2024 they spent money trying to elect GOP candidates john nagel, robert marvin and kim rich to the MN house
