This is very effective at laying out, with detailed referencing, the targeted eliminationist campaign that has led directly to the UKSC ruling, the EHRC guidance, and other recent efforts backed by Starmer's government to make it impossible to transition and to exclude trans people from public life:

I, and many of my trans colleagues, operated from this logic by default. Many now, I think, are waking up to its flaws. Some, sadly, still do not and cling to the hope of a quick fix or compromise.
