There's a real chance we can get Dems to vote NO on any bill with ICE funding to sink it.
Once it goes to the Senate we likely lose this chance.

Democratic Congressman Bill Foster has previously voted three separate times with Republicans to gut the ACA and remove protections for people with pre-existing conditions. Now he is lying to make people think he’s pro healthcare. It is this kind of hypocrisy and cowardice that empowers Republicans.
