Ukraine is still waiting for clarity on the “billions of dollars” in weapons promised by Trump, amid confusion over his claim that 17 Patriot systems could be on the way.

Major General Skibitskyi confirmed Ukraine doesn’t know whether Trump meant full batteries, launchers, or interceptors.
