Scratching his belly nervously, looking away at the small rep. “It’s hards fer me bein’ in crowded places like this. M-Makes me anxious… ‘n talk funny. So, uh. I’m askin’ that you please be patience with me.” 4. The rep understands the badger’s plight clearly. Although his choice of words make it a little difficult, he assures the large, brave badger in kind. “Of course. We’ll get you out of here in no time, sir.” The badger softens. “T-Thank yew. I apreeshutates yer kindness.” This comic is based on a true story. Something I witnessed in real life at my local DMV some time ago. It was too precious and relatable for me not to put to paper. I hope you like it!

I remember asking on Twitter a few years ago why tech companies will include Welsh in their supported languages but not Malagasy, and haven’t received any valid response that wasn’t just “well you see, one is an European language and the other is African”.
