I *think* I want to make something kinda podcasty, but I need to figure out how I want that to work, ‘cause I want it to be a decent original idea, so do I want to script it or be a bit looser. I keep feeling on the cusp of an idea that bursts the dam but not quite.

Thankfully my news input is right down to minimal - I’m aware of things without it taking over, and I’m managing not to scroll much. I’m just sitting down to see what comes out, and… nowt. It’s been a pigfucker of a year tbh & I’m a bit burnt out. Inspiration’s been struggling since about 2018/20. 😬

hi x this didn't work me me and my husband are non gmo gluten free vegans and cannot use egg so I substituted this for massed banana and it just would not set I followed all of the instructions so I think it may be my oven unfortunately that cannot maintain temp and in the end it was really runny and tasted quite bitter so not sure what happened but I won't be trying this again im sorry what a waste.

Hi Moira, an extreme substitution like using mashed banana in place of egg for an egg custard tart is not always going to work. I'm sorry that it felt like a waste of time, but sometimes one just has to acknowledge that a banana isn't an egg, you know?
