the "esc" key on a keyboard is a holdover from early-'90s personal computers. on some models it would dispense a can of escargot out of one of the unused drive bays. they put it in the corner so you wouldn't press it by accident because you only got three of them. i pushed it once and got grounded

Sometimes I don't follow people because they don't follow me and I think they probably hate me so if I follow them then they'll be like "Ugh, gross, he followed me" because of how I think 100% of everything is 100% about me.

I managed to turn my eternal struggle with todo lists into a game for #GameOff2024 because why fix bugs when you can make more? The only thing more scary the number of TODO comments in my code. shoelace.itch.io/the-list
