It looks like the correct number for a Category 6 hurricane is 200mph sustained winds or higher. That's yet to happen in the Atlantic, where the record is 190mph, but has happened in the Pacific.

2/7 Hallitus puhuu 10 miljardin sopeutuksesta. VTV:n arvion mukaan oikea sopeutus on murto-osan siitä: 3,6 miljardia € vuoden 2027 tasolla. Syy on se, että hallitus ei huomioi luvussaan mm. kaikkia menolisäyksiään. Pysyvä sopeutus jää vielä pienemmäksi, kun puolustusmenojen nosto astuu voimaan 2029.

5/7 Raportin lopussa on käsitelty myös ilmastopolitiikkaa: Suomi on jäämässä niin kansallisista kuin EU:n päästötavoitteista. Suurin ongelma on maankäyttösektori, etenkin metsien hiilinielujen kutistuminen. Eiliset LUKE:n uudet arviot eivät tätä tosiasiaa muuksi muuta.

It looks like 2025 will end up at about 1.47°C above the 1850-1900 pre-industrial baseline, making it likely the third hottest year in the last 120,000+ years.
Meanwhile, the 3-year running average is going to end the year above 1.50°C for the first time.
