If Democrats in DC want to be an effective opposition party (And honestly I'm not sure how many of them do) this needs to become the standard line on ICE.
If Mamdani freaks them out, the should be at least where Bill Kristol is on the issue.

Just finished a project of watching through the Hammer Studio Monster films, plus some of their other horror output. While I think the universal films had higher highs, hammer had very consistent quality and developed a style to its own, as exceedingly British it may be. Here’s my ranking:

ICE has only existed since 2003. A Bush-era creation, it is a militarized federal secret police that has been imbued with the Supreme Court with the unconstitutional power to ignore the fourth amendment.
