The minster for health & the ceo of the @hselive.bsky.social need to put a stop to the gate keeping fiefdom which is the current NCS. Time to remove those running it and get rid of the rot of those who will not co operation with the reform of the service to one which is fit for purpose.

I've been reading about this from an Australian perspective, and it seems very clear that a group of UK journalists, none of them with any apparent medical expertise, have collaborated with a medical old guard to press a false consensus against youth gender medicine.

If you don't know why bsky is functionally bad and the fedi good, it's because bsky is 100% centralised, the fedi is distributed - as soon as anyone realises mastodon dot social isn't the only instance they move instances.

As at least one friend has been recently banned from here for doing essentially nothing other than saying Rowling is evil, I thought I'd remind everybody that trans folk centralising on bsky was always a fucking stupid idea and the Fediverse is still there...
