Also, speaking of WTAF…

… but WTAF does “the spirit but not the intent” even mean? How, in this case, are they even all that different from each other?

BRENNAN: This isn't everything you asked for just yet, but would you acknowledge that they are complying with the spirit if not the intent of your law?

MASSIE: No. They're flouting the spirit and the letter of the law. It's very troubling the posture that they've taken.

Tomlinson regrets sacrificing Suella Braverman but feels sure (on no evidence) she would sacrifice herself to remove the risk of Kemi Badenoch, Rishi Sunak, Priti Patel & Shabana Mahmood!

Most households subject to the two-child limit already have at least one adult in work.

Of the minority of households that are not in work, more than nine-in-ten have a child under three or a disabled family member with additional care needs, making any return to the labour market challenging.

A reminder that Netflix wants Warner Bros and HBO’s studios and library. Larry Ellison through Paramount wants CNN, which would stay under the Discovery networks that WB is splitting off.

If Paramount doesn’t get WB, they’ll surely go after CNN anyway.
Netflix’s new bid to buy Warner Bros is a mostly cash offer.

The company is arranging a mega-loan to be able to buy WB

Here is a list of reasons why some of my hearings and trials this year have been delayed and kicked off into the long grass, stuck in our record court backlog. Serious allegations which will now be tried *years* after the event. 🧵👇
