I get that and I thought about it too. My complaint is more to do with explicit queer rep count more so being 1 and *then* them being the one amongst said friends who breaks, while also delegated to said side role.

I can't think of another character *implied* to be queer, let alone explicitly so

Saw One Battle After Another and I enjoyed it a lot. It definitely deserves attention and is obviously super relevant right now.
Was annoyed the one explicitly queer character was a narc though.

Oh and if you think it's the best movie of the past 10 years you need to see more movies.
