I'm a very lapsed catholic- and my goodness the church is hugely problematic- but he's got a voice and an audience. For this reason I feel that the pope has done humanity a solid by smacking Vance about his hateful migrant/refugee rhetoric.

Is international law even a thing anymore? Not when it comes to Nauru

The UN Human Rights Committee has twice called out Australia's treatment of refugees on Nauru. The government — and media — have ignored it.

Courage and clarity from Rev Budde. That's strength right there.
Rev. Mariann Edgar Budde to Trump: "I ask you to have mercy upon the people in our country who are scared now. There are gay, lesbian, and transgender people in Democratic, Republican, and independent families, some who fear for their lives ... and the vast majority of immigrants are not criminals"

Seeing the usual plethora of medical grifters opining about Dr. Fauci being pardoned- it's precisely because of the abhorrent hateful rhetoric spewed by you that he needed this. Malhotra, praising Russel Brand of all people. Cartland, desperately casting around for relevance. You should be ashamed.

It’s radical, racist and rabidly fucking stupid
Radical? No, another word beginning with R.

Make it go viral but make sure she benefits.

There's a really good point concealed under media nonsense regarding the attitude to work vs physiological need, how breaks are really very important for safety critical work, and how boasting about not having lunch makes you a dangerous moron.
Honestly, you spend most of the day offline and suddenly everybody has an opinion about *lunch*, and the Prime Minister gets involved.
What is going on with British politics?
