I filed for PA unemployment insurance this morning. If I am lucky enough to get this help and to later get back pay, as I’m entitled to according to law, I will GLADLY pay it back.

The intent of the 2019 law is clear. This interpretation isn’t it.

I never once heard “Keep your head down,” but I heard — pretty consistently — “Remember, dead just leaves you dead.”

This message was about thinking strategically, not tactically. “Keep your head down” is the worst kind of tactical thinking — it refuses to see the big picture.

To be clear for anyone not familiar with security operations. For 24:7 coverage, it takes more than 4 X the force you want on the ground. Usually 3 shifts of duty/rest/prepare. Than add another 1/4+of admin/log support.
