Considering Biden declaring that the ERA should be ratified has no legal impact & republicans make significantly more lawless & unconstitutional claims I’m all for this. Let’s force the ERA issue back into the conversation. Hell push for a legal battle to make the argument
Congress set a deadline to ratify the ERA in 1972 and that deadline passed in 1979 without sufficient approval from state legislatures. This is a lawless and unconstitutional claim.
