i also think bars and restaurants across portland should have specials you can only order if the big pipe is at 100%. it only happens a couple times a year if that and it would be a fun incentive to race around trying them all in the limited time allowed

up to 22% now! i think we should all agree now on something that we do right when the big pipe hits full, every time, like a little ritual. doesn't have to have a real meaning. all i can think of is we all go flush our toilets lol but that's like the exact opposite of what we should do
