We let western AAA gamers gaslight companies into thinking asset reuse is bad.
Asset reuse is just smart lol. You get more games if they don't have to make a new walking animation for the 10th time

rebirth is ten times the size of remake and has a billion areas and minigames and six playable characters and it was cheaper than remake because iteration let them knock off -that much- dev cost. At this point not making quick iterative sequels of games should be considered malpractice.

Here's an idea. Every video that uses some kind of generative or assisted AI should be marked as such. I'm tired of clicking on videos with interesting topics and immediately hearing a robot voice, or worse, an almost normal sounding voice that's constantly mispronouncing words.
