Feeling proud of myself for once, today however I spent too much time on my phone (TikTok), BUT - I have gone to the gym for the first time in forever, and gone three days in a row. Might feel ambitious and go to a dance class tomorrow evening 😏

Also, been debating doing another 180 and stepping out of the business realm to go back into Political Science. It’s worrying, but it might help me feel like there’s more hope by being in that realm instead? I don’t know.

Taking the small wins when I can, got a 100% on my math quiz and just trying to do as many acts of kindness as possible. Karmas real as it felt like the universe gave the kindness back immediately. Trusting God today 👐🏻✨

Today’s feeling extra rough again to pretend everything is normal. Having to remind myself that my day to day activities and obligations are now “safe spaces” for me to avoid what’s going on, which still feels selfish as I’m doing them 😔
