ICE murdered a nurse today
Alex from our time working together, while he was in nursing school. Later, he moved to ICU, working as a nurse to support critically ill Veterans. He had such a great attitude. We’d chat between patients about trying to get in a mountain bike ride together. Will never happen now

Working as an engineer at a healthcare IT company, the c-suite loves it. Basically all the engineers have voiced concerns, but it all falls on deaf ears

Other people may have other experiences but I followed the instructions here and it took about three minutes, two of which were clicking 'other' on cancellation reason and typing my reason, and that I would return after a Kimmel reinstatement and apology. Super easy.

@iwriteok.bsky.social fyi, you should absolutely research medical software changes. Big, established companies are adding AI to listen to patient/doctor convos and interpret them. No exaggeration. I smell disaster.
