It's insane how people use "they're human too" to try and soften our feelings about bad people. Being human isn't some moral achievement, it's a neutral biological fact.

Saying "both sides bad" is an ignorant person's idea of an informed thing to say. It's a lazy excuse for not caring at best, and a smokescreen for supporting regressive politics at worse.

Been a big fan of Bob Chipman's work for a while, and this is easily one of his best. I'd never had realised how interesting film history can be without his videos.
