I get the sentiment, but most of the kids & staff, except for the wealthiest, will just transfer to public schools, and Danielle Smith will just take a large portion of the “savings” and give it to O&G companies.
Schools will have less than before.
Because mergers never save money

Huh, I heard Ontario conservatives going on last week about “parochialism” being terrible.

I’ve grown up hearing the word only as a slur against Catholics. (I know there are other meanings)
