i was explaining to someone a while back that i have sent money and meds to my opps and they just … could not understand it. it was never a flex, never either expectation, and still otherwise maintain being no-contact afterwards.

I think someone in the Pokemon Youtuber video essay scene really had some personal vendetta against Johto. Every "Here's why GSC and HGSS are the WORST games EVER!!!" video is the just the youtuber saying things that happen in every Pokemon game released before Black and White.

At first I thought the intersection between Persona 3~4 and BlazBlue fans was weird because those two series set out to do very different things and only happened because Arcsys made a Persona fighting game but then thought "No those 2 series are alike, Persona is the BlazBlue to SMT's Guilty Gear"

The cool thing about having real principles is that you can stand proudly by them even if people who you generally consider to the opposite of yourself might happen to nominally agree with them. I cannot take someone's observations of RPGs seriously if they think grinding is this thing you unfortunately are required to do to beat the game and not this thing you can do to decrease the difficulty of the game and part of the game is figuring out what's most practical to do.

"Amane is BlazBlue Bridget" was always a baby brain take. Amane is just a man with long hair and makeup. His characteristic of being a traditional Japanese performer is much more defining than him messing around with gender. He aesthetically has more in common with Anji Mito.

Just realized that the Steel Ball and Flash abilities do not have renders or artwork, meaning there is actually a decent chance they won't be included in the Kirby Portal's Copy Ability page or any official Copy Ability encyclopedias.

Let's be honest, people in this site get high and mighty when someone like Chibi put this issues at the front, saying "why no one on MY side pays attention?", but the true is that no one wants to be perceived as fighting for tentacle rape, lolis, etc. They are afraid to be seen as "chuds". (1/?)

Read a reddit comment section by mistake of a post asking why people like Guilty Gear more than BlazBlue and the amount of comments using "anime" as an adjective sums up why I can't trust westerners to have meaningful conversations about Eastern media. Nobody made a comment that can be localized.

Every "debate a vegan at a college campus" video I watch involves the animal hater using blatant eugenics or ableism to explain why non-human animals can't be considered people or of equal moral value ijbol
(I'm mentally handicapped so yes I got a pass to say it makes me think of ableism)
