This is actually spot on. There’s no point putting more money and junior staff into the NHS if it‘s terminally short on physical capacity (no beds), senior staff, and management.

Question to Americans about Thanksgiving - isn’t it when it is (November) because it’s celebrating the end of the Civil War? If so, isn’t it better to associate it with that than with the Pilgrims and the Wampanoag (which probably happened in October)? Less colonial, more unifying?
