Hate to say it, but you should no longer trust anything from CBS News. I'm sure there are great reporters there trying to do honest work, but how can we know anymore? If they're willing to kill a Trump-critical 60 Minutes segment at the order of Bari Weiss, it's been over.

Watching Republicans try not to talk about a US Senator being manhandled, pushed to the floor, subdued and then forced out of a press conference--after wanting to ask questions of a US government official, might be the most chilling moment of the last 5 months.

“There are only two kinds of society in which armed agents of the government routinely conceal their identities:

(1) Lawless failed states…

(2) Authoritarian states…

Stable democracies do not allow agents of the state to operate under cover of concealment.”

Here’s the often overlooked reason Trump’s attacks on Harvard and others he singles out by name — including specific law firms, charitable organizations, radio and TV networks, and individuals — are flatly unconstitutional: they violate Article I’s absolute ban on Bills of Attainder:

The idea that it is the purpose of the executive branch to actualize a president’s totalizing political agenda is going to lead inexorably to this destruction of the government’s capacity to do anything.

RFK Jr.’s lies about autism are disgraceful — and I won't share them to spread misinformation.

He consistently undermines public health and reinforces dangerous myths.

In Illinois, we stand with those with autism, and I’ll keep fighting for inclusion, science, and the truth.

Last night ICE confronted and detained a Tufts grad student, then sent her 1,400 miles away to a detention center in Louisiana. She's here legally on a student visa.

Her offense of "anti-Israeli activism" appears to be an op-ed she published in the school newspaper last year in support of BDS.

"No Other Land," the Palestinian-Israeli made film showing the destruction of the occupied West Bank's Masafer Yatta by Israeli soldiers, just won the Oscar for Best Documentary.

It can't get a distributor in the US.

Which tells you everything about censorship in the US.

There appear to be at least three separately operating heel factions breaking things within the government in wholly different ways right now. There's the Miller-headed immigration one, the DOGE/Elon one, and a Project 2025 OMB one. This dynamic hasn't showed up in mainstream reporting at all.

To recap, Trump:

-Forced out the FAA chief at Musk's insistence
-Imposed a hiring freeze that reportedly included air traffic controllers
-Fired the TSA head and gutted a key aviation safety committee
-Blamed the DCA crash on DEI

This is disastrous leadership.
