Made soup with bones from a roasted chicken, miso, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, onions, dried anchos, and whatever leftover veg was in the crisper.

Strained it and I added the shredded leftover chicken, potatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, scallions, cilantro, fresh lime juice and sour cream.

Yum!
