received a replacement iPhone 15 Pro Max and set it up clean on iOS 26. wild how different it feels. Fresh battery, fresh setup, zero baggage. way snappier than my 2-year-old unit on the same software. zero lag, great performance, and the battery just keeps going.

1) Liquid glass is beautiful but a UX nightmare
2) Free on-device LLM access for developers could give iOS a huge advantage
3) Promoting ICE (F1 & Aston Martin) clashes with Apple's green image
4) iPadOS is closer to macOS now (-> but honestly, just use a Mac)
