I've met several refugees from Sudan. Zaghawa, Berti, Fur, Masalit - All fleeing systematic murder for essentially not being Arab. All Muslim, most even speak Arabic as a first language. A military coalition isn't even needed to stop this, just the international will to pressure certain states.

So much of the BBC's current problems seem to me because of how much it is obsessed with how people see it. No matter what it does, rightwingers will think it's left wing and leftwingers will think it's right wing. Impartiality is important but is it worth sacrificing principles or accuracy?

My Bluesky feed unfortunately isn't nearly as diverse and developed to draw me in every day. Think this site could do with a bit more in the way of differing views. Otherwise it's just the left-wingers arguing with centrists about right-wingers
