Colorado is suing PetSmart for using dog grooming school to ‘trap’ workers.

PetSmart ads claimed that its grooming academy was free. In reality, it cost up to $5,500.

The company held these costs over workers' heads, coercing them into staying at the job.

Maine has passed a click-to-cancel law, meaning that if a business offers a signup online you must also be able to cancel the subscription online.

The new law comes right after a federal court blocked the national click-to-cancel rule.
