The right-wing fascist ascendancy is a global phenomenon, and hopping across borders does not mean you can actually hide from it. You may find a slightly better local maximum for your particular needs, but this is a global problem and it requires a global, solidaric solution.

US slavery didn't just make American whites wealthy. They were trading on international markets. There are a lot of elite European families that can have their wealth traced back to slavery too.
