If you need AI to help you imagine Space Cats, I'm sorry for your awful life.
My 8th grade besties and I got *matching* generic sports jerseys made at the t-shirt shop at the mall, grey with maroon 88 (our HS graduation year, another thing ruined by effing nzis). If only I'd thought to wear it without pants, I could have been the nerdy but cute slashee in a masterpiece.
Someone needs to revive the 80s trend of women in horror movies wearing generic sports jerseys, thank you

Okay, but credit where it's due, she gave us a pretty dope Cinna-bon mot with "witchcraft bandana."
As usual with this magazine, the author concedes throughout that the point he's making is dumb as hell.

I think I always knew that I was really meant to be an RPG gal, but I've had it confirmed by a six-part series of podcast episodes. What skills or powers does menopause give a character?

How is actively competing for a book prize so that you can publicly and virtuously refuse it different from deliberately talking a class so that you can write an essay using vague religious beliefs in place of evidence so that you can file discrimination charges?

I'm over the (Full) Moon thrilled that @randomhorror9.bsky.social will be covering Puppet Master 3 next week. As a scholar of the series, its engagement with fucking N*zis, and justifying the series' wild inconsistencies, I'll be taking notes through the entire episode. 🔪

🎶 Must be the season of the witch 🎶 The next 3 books in my queue, after @shewolfmanc.bsky.social's Unburied, are How to Kill a Witch, That Very Witch, and The Conjuring of America. The fall of patriarchy is my favorite time of year.

What are the odds that someone will tell me that I look tired today? I am, I do, but no one needs to tell me that. Comment on my cool dress instead.

I wish I could see this. While it's possible that I'll be in Aberystwyth and maybe London this fall, the dates don't line up. Sigh.

I learned, seeing this play, that "Bella Ciao" can make me cry. Read our review, and see if you can tell where John acknowledged the scene but protected my reputation as a steely bitch through skillful use of language.

Just as television in the 70s led me to believe that I should be worried about quicksand on the regular, the Final Destination films--which we're marathoning--have me wondering how I haven't died every time I spill water, given the apparent normalcy of worn cords and faulty sockets.

I'm like Snow White of the urban landscape or something. Seagulls, rats, pigeons, squirrels, and the occasional raccoon or possum flock to me. I love them too, and we often chat. This guy hung out with me for a while today. Unfortunately, the photo doesn't show how beautifully iridescent he is.

While in the grand scheme of the ongoing fascist takeover, the status of a crosswalk is insignificant, I'm glad that folks keep chalking bc it makes space for meltdowns over "forcing us to accept your rainbow of chalk," that notoriously permanent medium that spreads the gay to all who see it.
