This version of spock is from the series "Star Trek Continues" and is particularly a scene out of one of the behind the scenes bloopers, where Captain kirk drags the tip of his finger down from the middle of Spock's brow (the bridge of his nose) down to the tip. The still of this is taken when kirk's finger is at the top of spocks nose. Spock's eyes are closed. The painting is not fully smoothed either, as i enjoy seeing my brush strokes. The overall piece has a warm yellow-brown hue to it including having dark dramatic lighting and a yellow-brown background of which we cannot see. Spock has a very slight smile on his face, although that is up for interpretation. Kirk's hand is heavily shadowed.

Whenever I start getting grumpy about modern Star Trek, I'm reminded that Gene Roddenberry wanted to give the Ferengi grotesque horse schlongs.
One influence on the Ferengi was what Herb Wright described as Gene Roddenberry's "sex fetish." In early first season discussions between them about developing the Ferengi, Roddenberry let Wright know he intended to make the species well-endowed. "He wanted to put a gigantic codpiece on the Ferengi," Wright stated. "He spent 25 minutes explaining to me all the sexual positions the Ferengi could go through. I finally said, 'Gene, this is a family show, on at 7:00 on Saturdays. He finally said, 'Okay, you're right.'" (Cinefantastique, Vol. 23, No. 2/3, pp. 60-61) With Roddenberry's approval, the development of the new species got underway. (Star Trek: The Next Generation 365, p. 36)

I'm not even that into body horror, but being as it's apparently a binary choice between RPGs about unhinged women cutting each other up and self-labelled "queer friendly" RPGs that manage to be less transgressive than the G-rated cartoons for children they're based on, I'll take the first one.
