But it seems like this govt neither cares for nor values these services or the people who work in them.

Utter contempt and disrespect from Bruce McAllister.

Cutting off the kid's mic and limiting his freedom of expression is one thing, but saying he should be spanked is a fireable offense from a supposedly neutral moderator. Bruce needs to be removed immediately.

That all said, the reasons for other countries, like Canada, to stop trusting the US and to do everything it can to pivot away include the fact that the rot in the US system will not die with Trump. This is a generational challenge.

It's been over 8 months since govt fired the AHS CEO and the entire AHS Board... ostensibly to make things better, and to give govt more direct control over the HC system.

An acting CEO and no Board, and things are demonstably worse on all acute care fronts.

Macron *very* clear twice: only the day *after* the ceasefire, and any deployment must be part of a "ceasefire, a truce, or a peace agreement". In other words: no European boots on the ground before an agreement.
