Don’t forget the role we the voters have played in allowing where we are today. In Feb 2016 Scalia died, McConnell refused to hold hearings on replacing him and held the seat open for ten months. We rewarded him by electing Trump and giving the gop the senate. Resulting in an extremist scotus.
