Does Apartheid Clyde really want Americans to learn about the St. Barthlomew's Day Massacre & Europe's Religious Wars? & does he know the English gave Scots land in Ulster to keep the pesky Irish down which is why the real term for 'Scot/Scotch-Irish' is Ulster Scots?

Lots of fighting each other.

It is unimaginable why anyone thinks Musk is other than a disgusting racist roaming the planet with his hate. I'll never understand people who admire this ugly racist. Musk is the worst of the human race.

This piece has been viewed over 14 million times over the last 48 hours. Unbelievable.

I'm so encouraged to see how many people are as disgusted by this as I am.

Sometimes you just need to be reminded that you're not alone.

Keep fighting, good people!

Dear John,
Kudos, this is so beautifully written, and states so clearly what decent people are thinking 🏆

Reading Marco Rubio’s speech about how “western civilization” is about embracing God, rejecting the foolish ideal of cosmopolitanism, and celebrating the genius of bands like The Beatles who were founded by the guy who wrote that song about a world with no countries or the concept of heaven & hell.

Fox News so clueless on this for all modern Dem leaders.

It's the Republicans who have fallen for Rubio and Vance's European/Christian nationalism -- or have not, and are too scared to say so.

Anyone who thinks the center-left/left "has no intellectual underpinnings" has never heard Pete Buttigieg speak or read any of his books.

In June 2019, Pete gave a speech outlining his foreign policy principles, and it has held up very well:

Nope it is for this midterm year -- both in primaries and the general election. This is an existential election for the US.

Republicans in Congress have to be asked questions exactly like this while campaigning, using real examples like this. Do they support Trump's racism? Do they condemn it?

Ask yourself: why would this administration want to delete references to Medgar Evers’ racist assassin being a racist? Why might that be?

I challenge anyone in this administration or Congress to defend this.

Among anticipated changes to a new visitor brochure for the Medgar & Myrlie Evers Home National Monument is no longer using "racist" to describe the killer of the civil rights leader.

Someone has sure already made this observation but the fact they can convert all those empty warehouses into prison camps means they could have converted them into housing, community centers, job training centers or, hell, libraries or schools all along. It’s always a matter of will not resources.

When did you *see* his position shift.

At what point in the campaign did he first say Medicare for All Who Want It was his preferred avenue to get to M4A?

His plan was always a glidepath to universal healthcare, and you're repeating a lie told by his 2020 competition. From day one, he said he was for universal healthcare, but we had to explain how we would get there, how we would pay for it, & unlike M4A, it doesn't raise taxes for the middle class.

He advocates progressive policies…

✅Expand Supreme Court
✅Tax the wealthy at same or higher percentage than working class
✅Very pro union
✅Supports universal healthcare
✅Amend the constitution to update
✅Repeal Citizens United
✅Grant statehood to Puerto Rico

What do you think he’s moderated on?

A rare case of someone whose law school years (!) were so stellar he got a book contract (Dreams from My Father, which did very well long before he ran for office).

It is just so stunning Burchett can be this extremely racist, like he's trying to compete for how racist a person can be.
