Cutting federal programs means more violence inflicted on women and kids. The stress of austerity will trickle down into the households of innocent people who will bear the brunt of these consequences.
A majority of the violent working class men are "capitalists." They succumb to domestic dramas because they're never at peace. They lack the consciousness to understand who to blame for their misery so they lash out at anyone whether it's a spouse, kids, immigrants, or the cashier ringing them up.
