my kid asked if we dial 9-1-1 in an emergency because of 9/11 -- like, is 9-1-1 a 9/11 homage? -- and now i have to go back to bed because what do you mean in her mind the advent of literal phone calls and 9/11 are both ancient history.

when i was 15, my dad called me #piggy in a restaurant for asking if i could have my own slice of pie instead of sharing. my entire family went ten toes down against him, to the point that they moved the other patrons to a different room. that's how you handle a man calling a woman a name like that.

We're primarying John Fetterman.
Last week, Fetterman again sold out working Pennsylvanians. He was the deciding vote for a Republican budget bill that will strip healthcare from over 400,000 Pennsylvanians.
