I think if you have chronic pain in any form, it’s important to not get mad at yourself for being tired. It is genuinely not your fault. You’re always hurting, and it’s constantly stressing your brain out and sapping your energy. You’re doing the best you can, and that is enough. ❤️

One thing you realise when you have an an illness that seriously affects your energy levels is, that *everything* takes energy. Not just the obvious things like moving about,but other stuff like digesting food, filtering sensory information, making decisions & staying positive.
