Trump wants you to think he’s broken the rule of law. But that’s not true. Guardrails still exist, starting with grand juries, which are declining to indict criminal cases that are lacking. We need to remember the Constitution puts power in other hands for a reason. It’s time to use it.

A common refrain I hear from folks on the left is that just like Hitler, Mussolini, or Stalin…Trump and MAGA will fail and end in their destruction. Perhaps that’s true but a whole lot of people died during that lengthy process so I’d like to get work on staving that off as much as possible now.

The French Revolution, as a process, killed most of the people who thought it was a good idea to start it.

So did the Russian Revolution.

Both of them ended up in long-lasting tyranny.

Try treating them as lessons, not fairy-stories.

BIG NEWS - president does NOT have power to kill an agency created by Congress

How do we know this?

Even the Heritage Foundation - which issued Project 2025 - said this in 2017:

"President has no statutory authority to reorganize the executive branch" unless Congress says so

Beginning to think that Instagram is really quite sinister. You watch a few cooking videos and parenting tips to relax in the evening and before you know it some extremely groomed woman tells you that "our creator expects us to be submissive to our husbands“ while she shows you her cookie recipe.
