I lived in LA county growing up and much of that time I was pretty damn poor, so, yeah.
I really want you to resist falling into the Coastal Elites trap. Most of this country’s population lives by or within an hour of a coast.
Most folks in LA are literally trying to get by & the insurance disaster this brings is gonna cascade onto so many of them.
