As electric cars become normal, and as public charging infrastructure expands and improves (which it is) to the point of no longer being a significant source of anxiety, the last remaining downsides are solved with either 1) planning or 2) patience and that will very much annoy the loudest holdouts.

Just want to add my voice to the increasing wave of disquiet that any uninteresting change in one minority extremist party 'reform' gets headline coverage by BBC news who don't even have an account on here because they think it might be 'too left leaning.'
